Lifeline provide a  24 hour telephone counselling service, with some centres also providing a range of face to face counselling programs.  There are 43 Lifeline Centres across Australia. Of these, 23 are owned by the Uniting Church including 9 of the 15 Lifeline Centres in NSW.
