UnitingCare Children’s Services is a Service Group of UnitingCare NSW.ACT and is the umbrella organisation for the more than 60 services operated by Uniting Churches across NSW and the ACT. These services provide quality early childhood education, care to more than 6,000 children a year during their formative early years of development. Services include long day care, occasional care, family day care, preschool and outside school hours care.

Working in partnership with parents, children’s services aim to nurture the development and growth of children in the early years, setting the path to successful life-long learning experiences.  Children with additional needs are welcomed into our inclusive services.

UnitingCare Children’s Services has a dual management structure, resourcing and overseeing up to 52 locally managed services and directly managing an increasing number of services.  The local management committees have both Church and parent representatives responsible to the UnitingCare Children’s Services Board and the directly managed services have a local advisory committee.
